1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Demsee platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Peepalytics ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Demsee is an AI-enabled office platform designed to help businesses manage operations, finance, communications, and related workflows. Features may vary by plan, business category, and region. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You may not share accounts or use the Service on behalf of others without authorization.

If you access the Service through an organization or team invitation, your use may also be subject to that organization's policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Upload malicious code, spam, or unlawful content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law
• Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to use

5. AI-generated outputs

The Service may generate drafts, summaries, recommendations, and other content using artificial intelligence. AI outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any output before relying on it for business, legal, financial, medical, or operational decisions.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide such content.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, design, and documentation, is owned by Peepalytics and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.

8. Fees and billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes as described at checkout or in your order form. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refund terms, if any, will be stated in your plan or agreement.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peepalytics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of St. Kitts and Nevis, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
